Description
Understanding current community capabilities and an economic development strategy will position communities to make decisions about where to invest valuable time and resources. This workshop will provide strategies and tools to develop a community and business capacity assessment. Through the use of examples, lessons learned, and lived experiences, subject matter experts will provide examples of how to integrate community, business, and resource information with a community’s economic development vision to focus decision making and strategy.
