Community Engagement - Tips, Techniques & Virtual Tools

Presenting Organization

First Nations Land Management Resource Centre

Description

Learning about different methods of engaging your community has never been more important. Whether your community is interested, developing, or implementing a land code, creating plans, or making land-use decisions, there are many considerations for designing a robust community engagement strategy that will work in favour of achieving your community’s priorities.

The Resource Centre and guest First Nations will discuss tools, tips, and techniques that have worked to engage communities, build awareness around a topic, plan or project and bring people together in different ways, including virtual tools that you can take back and utilize in your own community engagement strategies.
